Your journey begins at Thottappalli, where you'll board a traditional Kerala houseboat and be welcomed with refreshing drinks. As the boat departs at 11:30 AM, settle into the gentle rhythm of the backwaters as you cruise through the picturesque Kannitta – Kainakeri Canal.
Along the way, visit the historic Chavara Church and Chavara Bhawan, significant landmarks that offer a glimpse into Kerala's rich Christian heritage. Enjoy a delicious traditional lunch as you drift through the serene Kainakeri Canal, watching village life unfold along the palm-fringed banks.
In the afternoon, continue your voyage through the Kainakeri – Champakulam Canal, where you'll have the unique opportunity to see the famous Champakulam Chundan (Snake Boat) – the iconic racing boats that compete in Kerala's legendary boat races. Visit the Champakulam Church before anchoring for the night at the tranquil Kanjippadam backwater, where stars reflect on the still waters.
The next morning, after a hearty breakfast onboard, resume your cruise at 8:00 AM through the scenic Karimadi Canal. Stop to admire the Karimadikuttan Statue before concluding your memorable journey with checkout at Alleppey at 9:45 AM.
